Foot Reflexology is a treatment that has been practiced for centuries. It involves applying pressure to different points on the bottom of the foot. According to the traditional Chinese medicine, these points correspond to different areas of the body, namely different organs. Working along holistic principles, reflexology takes into account our body, mind and spirit, as these are all interrelated.
A 60-minute Foot Reflexology is provided as a separate treatment with an extra foot spa and neck & shoulder massage prior to the treatment. A light-pressure massage to both legs is included to smooth the lymphatic draining paths on legs as part of the Foot Reflexology treatment.
